This week we continued our Geometry unit and studied the area and perimeter of shapes. Students should know how to find the area and perimeter of squares, rectangles, parallelograms, trapezoids, and triangles. Next week we will study circles and have a quiz on all of these shapes. There were three HW's for credit this week:
1) Page 70 (1-8)*
2) Page 518 (1-17)*
3) Page 524 (11-16)*
*all assignments students were instructed to draw and label the shapes
A reminder that the 1st Advisory ends on Thursday (October 28th) and late work will not count for the 1st Advisory after this date.
